Sabiene Münch

Sabiene Münch works as a managing director of Fox Capital in the area of real estate and M&A. She specializes in very good contacts with family offices and international investors, especially from the Arab world.

Sabiene Münch, graduate business economist, LLM, studied business administration at the Cologne University of Applied Sciences, law at the University of Cologne, e-commerce in Kaiserslautern and finally graduated from the Frankfurt School of Finance with the LLM. Master of Mergers & Acquisitions.

 

After completing her business administration studies, Ms. Münch initially worked for Allianz and the industrial broker AON Jauch & Hübner in the area of industrial customers and international business and looked after several DAX companies and family offices in the area of risk management and investments / capital investments.

 

Ms. Münch then advised various investment banks on the acquisition of both mandates and international investors for IPOs, particularly in the healthcare & technology and real estate sectors.

With this experience, Ms. Münch then founded Fox Capital GmbH and took on independent mandates in the area of M&A and corporate finance, which primarily included the preparation of IPOs and listings, capital increases for listed companies, the issue of medium-sized company bonds and advising real estate companies on financing and... investor search.

After the Lehmann crisis, Ms. Münch then increasingly specialized in real estate issues with Fox Capital GmbH, mainly advising medium-sized real estate companies and developers with regard to the structuring of real estate financing / financing of real estate project developments and the marketing of large properties.
