Please note that different conditions apply to real estate transactions (real estate purchases and sales) for all asset classes such as residential / living, office, senior living, senior living, apartments, hotels, medical centers and medical care centers, logistics and land .

 

In the area of real estate financing (i.e. real estate project financing, acquisition financing and M&A transactions), different conditions also apply depending on the type of transaction, i.e. senior debt, junior loan, mezzanine capital, whole loan, bridge finance, bridge financing and forward deals (forward funding, forward purchase). .

 

We are active both in Germany (especially Munich, Frankfurt, Cologne, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Berlin, Stuttgart) and in Switzerland (especially in Zurich, Basel, Bern) as well as in major European cities (e.g. London, Madrid, Barcelona, Paris, Milan, Rome etc.).

 

Please understand that mandate contracts are only concluded under German law and the place of jurisdiction is always Frankfurt am Main.
